Hawaiian Shirts and Pina Coladas

On our first Memorial Day Weekend together, Nick taught me it was fashionable to don a Hawaiian shirt and to break out the blender and make pina coladas. Although I may still question the wearing of a Hawaiian shirt, I never question the making of a pina colada.

According to Nick, a Hawaiian shirt should never be worn before Memorial Day and never after Labor Day. So whether or not you are wearing a Hawaiian shirt today, break out the blender and enjoy a pina colada!

                                                                         Nick's Pina Colada

Ingredients
1 can of pineapple slices
1/2 can of cream of coconut
white rum
1 cup of ice

Directions
Add ice, can of pineapple slices, 1/2 can of coconut cream to a blender. Fill to the  top with rum . Blend and pour into a glass.

I guarantee you won't find a more delicious pina colada!
