After reading my daughter Kristin's article The 17 Things You Should Do Before Summer Is Over in Brooklyn Magazine, I knew I must try a Lime-A-Rita. Of course I could pick up a can of Bud Light Lime-A-Rita, but what fun would that be when I could make it myself? Once you taste this refreshing cocktail, you may never drink one from a can again.
Ingredients
1 can limeade frozen concentrate
12 ounces Fresca Soda
12 ounces Light Tequila
1 bottle Corona Light
Limes for garnish
Rimming Salt *optional

Start by emptying the frozen limeade into a pitcher.
Add Fresca and Tequila and mix well.
Add bottle of Corona, stir.
Slice Limes and use to garnish glass.
If rimming glass with salt, wipe the lime on the rim, dip in salt and then pour drink into ice-filled glass.
