Matzo Pizza

When the food store gives you ten big boxes of matzo crackers, make matzo pizza. Matzo crackers make a good base for pizza that both kids and adults will love.

Ingredients
1 matzo
marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place matzo on prepared baking sheet. Spread marinara sauce onto matzos top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
