1 1/2 oz. light rum
2 oz. coconut rum
1 1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao
pineapple juice
2 oz. coconut rum
1 1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao
pineapple juice
Directions
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine light rum. coconut rum, and Blue Curaçao. Shake vigorously, then strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Gently pour in the pineapple juice. As the pineapple juice is poured, the rum mixture will float to the top, creating this beautiful and tantalizing layered drink.
