Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces tequila blanco
1 ounce blue curaçao
1 ounce fresh lime juice
4 ounces sparkling wine
Garnish: orange slice, optional

Directions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, blue curacao, and lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange slice.
