Popping into the New Year

A fun and whimsical cocktail to ring in the New Year!

                                                        Pop Rocks Champagne
                                                            

Ingredients
champagne
honey
pop rocks

Directions 
Place a small amount of honey on a plate and dip a champagne flute in honey. You only need a thin coat on the rim of each. 

Shake off any excess honey and let it drip back onto the plate. 

Place the pop rocks on a plate and coat the honey-covered rim with the pop rocks, taking care to coat as much as possible.

Set them on a tray to dry.

Pour the champagne in the prepared flutes.
