Double Dip

Two simple ingredients are used to create this fun and delicious dip. The sweet creaminess of the ricotta marries beautifully with the saltiness of the olives. Ricotta & Olives is a luscious must have dip for your party.  It's a good thing!

Puree 1 1/2 cups ricotta in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in 1/2 cup roughly chopped assorted oil-marinated olives and season with salt and pepper. Top with more olives and their oil.
