Peep Lemon Drop Martini
Ingredients
3 1/2 Peep-infused Vodka
3 1/2 oz. limoncello
2 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. simple syrup
sugar, for garnish
yellow Peeps, for garnish

Directions
Run a slice of lemon around the rim of a martini glass, then dip in sanding sugar to rim the glass.
In a cocktail shaker, combine Peep-infused vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Cover shaker and shake vigorously. Strain drink into martini glasses and garnish with a yellow Peep.
Directions for Peep Infused Vodka
Place marshmallow Peeps in a mason jar and top with vodka. Cover and let sit for 3-4 days. Strain the vodka and store in an airtight container.
