When I recently visit with my daughter Kristin, she made the most delicious smoothie. Kristin's smoothie was healthy, flavorful, and luscious; so delectable, it inspired me to start my days off right with a healthy delicious smoothie.
Ingredients
16 ounces coconut water
16 ounces coconut water
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
8 basil leaves
1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Blend ingredients until smooth.
