Blue Cloud... A Dreamy Way to End the Day

This rich, creamy and fun cocktail is a dreamy way to end the day and guaranteed to be a hit at any summer party, especially on the fourth of July! Enjoy and sweet dreams...

Ingredients

2 large scoops vanilla or pina colada
   frozen yogurt
1 1/2 ounce blue  curaçao
2 1/2 ounce light rum
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons superfine sugar

Process all ingredients and 2 cups crushed ice in blender until thick and smooth, 20 seconds. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
