I am almost as obsessed with kitchen gadgets as I am with cookbooks. So it goes without saying, I had to have the Final Touch Rainbow Cocktail Tool. Easy to use and made for any type of glass, it magically layers liquids without them bleeding into each other. This is most definitely a great gadget for adding a rainbow to the end of your day.
Red, White, and Blue Martini
Ingredients
1 oz. grenadine
1 oz. blue curacao
1 oz. vodka
Directions
Pour the grenadine into a martini glass.
Gently pour the blue curacao. As the layer is poured the stem and float will rise for each layer.
Next, carefully pour the vodka. The layers are slowly made on top of each other creating a beautifully layered drink.
