It is a tradition to celebrate my friend's birthday with a decadent cocktail. This year we are celebrating with a Strawberry Daquiri - a summery cocktail so refreshing, delicate and pretty. Happy Birthday, Linda! xo
Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
1/4 cup pureed sweetened strawberries
1 cup light rum
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
juice of 4 limes
1/2 cup ice cubes
strawberries for garnish.
Directions
In a blender, combine the strawberries, rum, honey, and lime juice. Add ice and process until liquified. Pour into glasses and garnish with a strawberry slice.
