Ingredients
1 pound tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
!/2 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4 inch think
fresh basil
2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
On a large plate, arrange mozzarella and tomato slices and basil leaves, alternating and overlapping them. Drizzle with olive oil. Season salad with salt and pepper.
