Strawberry Moon Cocktail
Ingredients
5 strawberries
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounce honey simple syrup
2 ounces blanco tequila
3 sprigs of mint
Directions
Muddle strawberries and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add honey simple syrup, lemon juice , and blanco tequila, and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a strawberry.
