Frozen Peach Margarita is a sublime cocktail to serve on a summer day. Although best made with fresh and juicy summer peaches, it can also be made with frozen peaches. This decadent cocktail with its dazzling sweetness from the summer peaches pairs beautifully with the heat of chili salt rimmed glass and will enhance any cocktail party. Cheers!

Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chilli/chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
2 oz tequila
1 oz peach schnapps
1 fresh peach, pitted and quartered, or
1/2 lb. frozen peaches
finely grated zest and freshly squeezed
juice of 1 lime

juice of 1 lime
● Mix together the chilli/chili powder and salt flakes. Wet the rim of a glass with the squeezed lime and dip into the chilli/chili salt. Set aside.
● Put the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in the salted glass.
