Blood Orange Pomegranate Margarita
A Spooktacular Halloween Cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces Tequila Blanco
1 ounce Cointreau
1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce honey simple syrup (one part honey to one part water)
red lime margarita salt
Directions
Spread the red lime margarita salt on a saucer. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass, then dip in salt to coat. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Tequila Blanco, Cointreau, blood orange juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and honey simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared cocktail glass.
