Snowfall Martini

Ingredients

2 ounces vanilla vodka

1 ounce cream

1/2 ounce simple syrup

1/2 vanilla bean, split, beans removed

sanding sugar

Directions

Rim a martini glass with sanding sugar and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vanilla vodka, cream, simple syrup, and vanilla beans. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared cocktail glass.
