Strawberry Shortcake Cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz. strawberry & cream liqueur
1 1/2 oz. light rum
3 frozen strawberries
cookies, crushed
whipped cream
1 strawberry for garnish
Directions
Rim a cocktail glass with crushed cookies and set aside.
Place strawberry and cream liqueur, light rum, and frozen strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared cocktail glass and top with whipped cream and strawberry.
