Frozen Strawberry-Rum Lemonade
Ingredients
8 ounces frozen strawberries
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
1/2 cup rum
sprig of mint
Directions
Combine the frozen strawberries, lemon juice. simple syrup, rum, and 1 1/2 cup of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with mint.
