Super Flower Blood Moon Cocktail
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/4 cup mango ice cream
1/2 tsp. course salt
1/2 tsp. gold sanding sugar
edible flower, fuchsia
Directions
On a small plate, combine the course salt with gold sanding sugar. Rim a coupe glass with the salt and sugar mixture. Set aside.
Pour tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and pour into the prepared coupe glass. With a round shape ice cream server, gently scoop the mango ice cream into the glass. Garnish with edible flower..
