Celebrating the Fourth with a
Blue Margarita
Ingredients
4 oz. silver tequila
1.5 oz. blue curaçao
1 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
lime wedge
red,white, and blue course salt
Directions
Wet rims of chilled cocktail glass with lime wedge. Sprinkle red, white, and blue coarse salt onto a small plate, and dip the rim into salt to coat. Set aside.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, blue curaçao, Cointreau, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
