Limoncello Margarita

 This elegant and refreshing cocktail is a lovely way to end this summer day. Cheers!

                                                                 Limoncello Margarita 


Ingredients
3 ounces silver tequila
2 ounce limoncello
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
sanding sugar 
coarse salt
lemon simple syrup (1 part sugar, one part water, 
   1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice)
lemon slice
edible flower

Directions
Chill cocktail glasses.

Pour lemon simple syrup into a small shallow bowl. On a small plate, mix together the sugar and salt. Dip rims of chilled cocktail glasses in lemon simple syrup and then dip in sugar-salt mixture. Set aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the silver tequila, limoncello, lemon juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into prepared cocktail glasses. Garnish with lemon slice and edible flower.
