Key Lime Pie Martini

One sip of this decadent and luscious cocktail will transport you to Key West. The blend of its tropical ingredients tastes like key lime pie on a glass. This dessert-like cocktail is a sweet ending to any meal.

                                                                          Key Lime Pie Martini

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka

1 ounce coconut rum

1/2 ounce key lime juice

1 ounce pineapple juice

2 ounces cream of coconut

1 ounce heavy cream

graham cracker crumbs

lime slice

Directions

Rim a martini glass with the graham cracker crumbs. Set aside. 

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vanilla vodka, coconut rum, key lime juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and heavy cream. Shake vigorously and strain into prepared martini glass. 

Garnish with a lime slice.
