Peach Amaretto Baked Brie Bites
Ingredients
12 mini pastry shells
small brie wheel, rind removed
peach amaretto jam, or jam of your choice
toasted chopped hazelnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the brie in small pieces and place in shells. Top with a generous spoonful of the peach amaretto jam.
Bake 5-8 minutes. Top with hazelnuts. Serve warm.
