Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Matzo

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Matzo is perfect to serve for a Passover brunch. So decadent and easy to make, this dish could be the beginning of a new and wonderful tradition. Happy Passover! 

                                                  Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Matzo


Ingredients
1  matzo cracker
2 ounces of smoked salmon
3 1/2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon fresh chives
1/2 tablespoon fresh dill
1/2 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Directions
In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, 1/4 tablespoon of the chives, and 1/4 tablespoon of 
the everything bagel seasoning. 

Spread the ricotta cream cheese mixture on the matzo.

Top with smoked salmon. Sprinkle with dill, the remaining chives, and everything bagel seasoning.
