The Income Tax Cocktail

 Take the sting out of income tax day with this delicious cocktail.

Ingredients

2 ounces gin

1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 ounce sweet vermouth

1/4 ounce dry vermouth

dash Angostura bitters

orange wheel

Directions

In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, add gin, fresh orange juice, sweet and dry vermouth, and Angostura bitters. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the orange wheel.
