The pink grapefruit margarita is a delightful and refreshing cocktail - the perfect party cocktail to begin the weekend. Tart, salty, and sweet, it is a sublime complement for guacamole with homemade pita chips or a grilled quesadilla. Have a great weekend!

Ingredients
1 lime cut in wedges, optional
Kosher Salt, optional
1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed limes
1 cup triple sec
3 cups ice
1 cup white tequilla
If you like salt on the glasses, rub the lime around the edge of each glass and then dip them into a plate of kosher salt. Set aside to dry.
Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec and ice into a blender and puree until smooth, Pour into a large pitcher and stir in the tequila. If you are not serving the margaritas in a salted glass, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the pitcher of margaritas..
Serve ice cold.
Makes 6 drinks.
