Treat your little ghosts and goblins to a hearty dish of Ghastly Ghoulash before they leave for trick-or- treating.
This easy to make dish can be made in a slow cooker or dutch oven as well as a pressure cooker. The flavors of this recipe are mild enough for that little trick-or-treater. Since I like bold and spicy flavors however, I double the amount of the spices.

Ingredients
2 pounds beef round steak
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 russet potatoes, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 (8-ounce) cans of tomato sauce with roasted garlic
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Cut steak into 1" pieces. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle over beef cubes and rub into meat. Heat olive oil in pressure cooker, add beef and brown on all sides, stirring frequently, about 3 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare onions and potatoes.
Add the onion and potatoes to the pressure cooker along with water and tomato sauce. Lock the lid and bring up to high pressure. Cook for 12 minutes, then release the pressure using quick-release method. Test to be sure potatoes are tender, if not, lock lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer. Then release pressure, stir in sour cream, and serve over hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
