Sriracha-Lime Bloody Mary

Ingredients
4 cups low-sodium tomato juice
Juice of 3 limes
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 heaping tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons Sriracha
Coarse salt
Vodka
Lime wedges, for serving
Cucumber spears (optional), for serving
Directions
Place tomato juice in a container with a tight fitting lid. Add lime juice, fish sauce, horseradish, garlic, pepper, and Sriracha; shake vigorously to combine. Season with salt.
Pour 1 ounce vodka and 3 ounces tomato juice into a cocktail shaker with ice for each cocktail. Vigorously shake, then pour into glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and a spear.
