Brandy Milk Punch is a New Orleans brunch mainstay. This creamy cocktail is delicious on Mardi Gras or on a hot summer day. Kick it up a notch by adding a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
2 oz. brandy
4 oz. half & half
1 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. vanilla extract
fresh grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions:
Combine brandy, half & half, simple syrup, and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled old fashion glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
