1 inch cubes of herbed focaccia bread or
crusty Italian bread

2 10 inch wooden skewers
Thread a cherry tomato onto a skewer followed by a piece of basil, a mozzarella ball, and a bread cube. Repeat so the skewer has 2 or 3 of every item. Add a cherry tomato on the end of the skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Serve with the balsamic dipping sauce.
