Goat-Cheese-and-Prosciutto Crostini with Honey and Fig Jam

Directions
Spread fig jam on toasted slices of baguette, top each  with 1/4-inch - thick round of goat cheese. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees F.  Top with prosciutto, drizzle with honey, and season with freshly ground pepper.
