Kentucky Margarita

Kentucky Margarita is a refreshing and versatile cocktail. This cocktail with its wonderful flavors can be enjoyed any day, especially Derby Day.
                                                     
                                                      Kentucky Margarita
                                                             adapted from
                                                           101 Margaritas
                                                            Kim Haasarud


Ingredients 
3/4 ounce tequila
3/4 ounce bourbon
3/4 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce orange juice
1 tablespoon honey dissolved
    in ounce hot water
lemon peel for garnish

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into a glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
