All-Southern Barbecue Rub

There is the never ending debate with serious grillers on which is better, a dry rub or a wet rub. Those who use the dry  rub will claim the rub enhances flavors, leaves a crispy crust while looking in the moisture. All-Southern Barbecue Rub is so rich in flavors,  you may end up siding with the dry rub grillers.

Ingredients 
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons freshly cracked
   black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons paprika

All you do is throw them together and mix them well.
