Peach, Ginger, and Bourbon

Peachalicious at its best. This sublime cocktail celebrates the flavors of summer. Enjoy while barbecuing or simply indulge while watching the sun set into a painting of magical colors.

Ingredients
3 cups sliced peeled peaches, frozen
2 Tbsp. finely grated peeled ginger
6 oz. bourbon
3 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 cups ice

Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth and very thick. Divide among glasses and serve. 4 servings.
