Delight your guests with this amusing and delicious treat on a stick just by infusing some pineapple with tequila!
Place chunks of fresh pineapple in a small baking dish and add enough tequila to cover them half way; infuse 1 hour in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, drain the pineapple (save the leftover tequila for cocktails) and dip the pieces in and a mixture of kosher salt, chili powder, and grated lime zest. Thread on wooden skewers and top each with a lime wedge.
