Kir

This majestic French apéritif was created in Burgundy and named after Félix Kir, a French war hero. The classic recipe calls for a dry white wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc and a hint of crème de cassis. Kir is a lovely cocktail to enjoy before a meal...Cheers!

1. Fill wine glass 3/4 with chilled white wine.
2. Add a few drops of crème de cassis
