Passionfruit Martini

It has become a yearly tradition to celebrate my friend's birthday with a unique, different, and dazzling cocktail. This year we celebrated with a Passionfruit Martini- a cocktail so magical with its tropical flavors; it seemed  as if we were celebrating on a warm sandy beach. Happy birthday, Linda...with love.

                                                        Passionfruit Martini

Ingredients 

8 oz. Absolute Mandarin vodka
8 oz. passionfruit nectar
8 oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple chunks for garnish

Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and mix well.  Strain into glasses.  Garnish each with a pineapple chunk and serve.
