Freezing Herbs

Since early summer, my beautiful little herb garden has remained lush and bountiful. My meals have been enhanced with the taste and aroma from the fresh herbs. Since I do not want to lose these gorgeous herbs to tonight's frost, I have decided to preserve their fresh flavors by freezing them.  This will allow me to  enjoy the taste and aroma of my herbs throughout the colder seasons.
