Jack Frost Cocktail
Ingredients
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup blue curaçao
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup cream of coconut
ice
coconut flakes

Directions
Rim a martini glass with coconut flakes and set aside.
Place pineapple juice, blue curacao, light rum, cream of coconut in a blender with one cup crushed ice and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into martini glasses rimmed with coconut flakes.
