bocconcini skewers

This is such a beautiful canapé that it does not need any garnishing or seasoning. Each skewer explodes with flavor from the saltiness of the sun dried tomato and olive, the sweetness of the bocconcini and the savoriness of the basil. Bocconcini skewers are a sublime addition to your cocktail parties.

Ingredients
20 bocconcini  (mini mozzarella
   balls)
20 fresh basil leaves
10 sun-dried tomatoes, halved
20 kalamata olives, pitted
mini plastic/wooden skewers

Directions
Wrap a basil leaf around a mozzarella ball and secure with a skewer.

Next push the sun-dried tomato and the olive up the skewer. Make sure there is only the tiniest bit of skewers showing at the end, so it is easy to eat. Serve.
