Infused Water

Growing up, I learned the importance of drinking eight glasses of water a day. It is healthy, detoxing and hydrating without the extra calories from the sugar in vitamin water. Water can be a bit boring however, so recently I have been making and enjoying infused water. One of my favorite is Grapefruit, Rosemary and Jalapeño Infused Water. This water packs a punch from the sweetness of the grapefruit, the heat from the jalapeño and the piney flavor from the rosemary. Drinking water is now more exciting and delicious!

Ingredients
1 grapefruit sliced - 2 rosemary sprigs - jalapeño seeded and sliced
Add ingredients to a tall pitcher,  fill with water and infuse 4 hours or more.
