Ingredients
10 cups popped popcorn
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (1 tablespoon. finely chopped,
1 tablespoon whole leaves)
zest from one lemon
salt to taste

Directions
Put popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
Heat butter over medium-low heat until it melts and turns golden-brown and starts to smell nutty. Swirl the pan or bowl frequently so it heats evenly and doesn't burn. Stop when the foam subsides.
Remove the butter from the heat and add rosemary and lemon zest; infuse for a minute. Drizzle butter over popcorn and mix until evenly distributed. Salt to taste.
