Cajun Spice Rub

'Twas the night before Thanksgiving and my boss needed a Cajun Spice Rub for his turkey. With the parking lots full and the stores beyond packed, there was only one thing to do: make the Cajun Spice Rub myself. It was no effort to prepare and done in a minute. Now my boss has his rub and his turkey will be fine. Happy Thanksgiving to all! xo

Ingredients

6 tablespoons paprika

1/4 cup salt

2 tablespoons ground black pepper

2 tablespoons ground white pepper

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons onion pepper

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine paprika, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
