During the holidays I love getting together with friends after work for a drink and an appetizer. Although my time to prep is limited, I want an appetizer pleasing to the palate, one that will explode with flavors with each bite. Not only is Rosemary, Thyme and Honey Baked Brie easy to prepare, it is scrumptious and flavorful. This delectable recipe allows me to spend time with my friends as well feast on this creamy and decadent appetizer.
Ingredients
1 wheel brie cheese
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh thyme
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp honey
1 wheel brie cheese
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh thyme
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp honey
Unwrap brie and place it back in its container. Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove, cut a crisscross in the center and peel back the corners. Drizzle brie with honey and top with rosemary and thyme. Serve warm with crackers.
