Ingredients
3 ounces bourbon
1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 1/2 tablespoon fig jam
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
