A Valentine's Day cocktail for your honey... Cheers!

Ingredients
2/3 cups honey syrup
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

For the honey syrup: in a small saucepan, heat the honey with 1/3 cup of water.
Place one large ice cube in rocks glasses. Combine the bourbon and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with a 1/4 cup of honey syrup and some ice. Shake and strain into the glasses. Enjoy!
