A Valentine's Day Cocktail

Pretty and romantic, flirtatious and fun, the French Kiss is a delicious cocktail for that special someone.

                                              Fantastic Cocktails & Mixed Drinks 

Ingredients
15 ml raspberry liqueur
dash of crème de cassis
chilled champagne
1 scoop raspberry ice-cream
fresh raspberries

Combine raspberry liqueur and crème de cassis in a champagne flute, stir to combine. Slowly top with champagne; float a scoop of ice cream on top and garnish with raspberries.
