Baked Feta- Marinara Dip

Two of my favorite cuisines are Italian and Greek. When I came across this luscious Baked Feta-Marinara Dip recipe, I knew I had to try it. This recipe did not disappoint. The flavors of this dip explode with each bite. The heat from the piquillo peppers and red pepper flakes, the tanginess of the feta cheese, sweetness of the basil, and the taste of fresh tomatoes blend perfectly with the velvety creamy texture of the dip. This dip is unlike any other dip. Quick and easy to make, Baked Feta-Marinara Dip will be a crowd pleaser at your next party!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a blender, process 1 1/2  cups marinara sauce and 3 jarred piquillo peppers (drained) until smooth; transfer to a small (about 8-by-6-inch) heatproof dish. Top with an 8-ounce block of feta. Bake until bubbly around edges, about 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and red-pepper flakes and serve with crostini.
