Let the Madness Continue with the Bracket Chrusher Cocktail

The first time I began watching March Madness with Nick, he pulled out his neatly folded NY Times bracket form. He carefully and thoughtfully completed the brackets with hopes that Syracuse would win it all. Hope this Bracket Crusher Cocktail works to your advantage.

                                                          Bracket Crusher Cocktail

Ingredients
3 ounces bourbon
1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 ripe peach, pitted, peeled, cut in chunks

Directions
Muddle the peaches in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until well combined.

Double strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into an ice-filled glass. Cheers!
